Q. What happens if an item is missing from my order?
A. Please note that depending on the items ordered, items may arrive in separate packages. We apologize for such inconvenience and will exhaust all efforts to immediately correct the issues. Please contact us at support@iyaadi.com as soon as you recognized that something is missing upon receiving your order.
Q. How can I make a Return or Exchange?
A. Our goal is to make sure of our customers are satisfied with their purchased. Please email us at support@iyaadi.com within 30 business days of receiving your order with the reason for return/exchange. We try to respond to requests expeditiously. Please take a picture of all returns before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Q. How long does it take to ship and receive my order?
A. We are committed to you receiving your order in 7-14 business days. Due to Convid-19 delivery may sometimes takes longer, please understand during this difficult time as we carefully balance our commitment you our customers while keeping our employees safe.
Q. What countries do you currently ship to?

In addition to select merchants within the Diaspora from Jamaican Companies utilizing materials directly from Jamaica. Our eCommerce platform is devoted to the economic empowerment of Jamaican businesses and keeping Jamaicans employed.
